Scattered showers, hot temps continue

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecasts scattered showers, from the combination of a trough and the southeast wind.

It said the showers, accompanied by thunderstorms, will be more frequent over the Northeast, Southeast, Central Mountains and border area.

Onamet cautioned citizens that the high temperatures will continue, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight from 11am to 4pm.
