Kingpin’s girlfriend ‘seldom’ seen at house of her parole

Santiago.- Neighbors of the area where a judge ordered money-laundering convict Sobeida Felix to serve the rest of her 5-year sentence say they seldom see her in that place.

San Cristobal Sentencing judge Willy Jesus Núñez last June ordered Felix to take up residence at the second floor of a house in Santiago’s Mejoramiento Social sector, where the first floor is the office of her lawyer, Felix Portes, where she’s supposed to work during the rest of the sentence.

"That woman does not live there," one of the residents told newspaper El Nacional, adding that the paramour of jailed Puerto Rican kingpin Jose Figueroa Agosto has been seen there just three times.
