Scattered showers, high temps for the weekend

Santo Domingo. – A trough south of the country will increased cloudiness along the Caribbean coast, while the prevailing east-northeast wind will bring scattered showers with thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon, for the Northeast, Southeast, South coast, Central Mountains and border area.

The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) also forecasts that the seasonably high temperatures will continue across the country.
