Light showers, mild temperatures continue

Santo Domingo.- Nighttime temperatures will continue mild during the next 24 to 48 hours, the National Meteorology Office forecast Tuesday, while strong winds and higher than normal waves will prevail for the Atlantic coast.

Small craft are cautioned to remain in port and swimmers should take precaution in the beaches.

Meteorology said conditions will return to normal in the next 24 hours, with light showers over the north, northeast and southeast regions, and the Central Mountains in the afternoon, from the prevailing northeast wind, which continues dragging clouds to the national territory.
