Drizzle, mild temperatures; shore warnings continue

Santo Domingo.- Drizzle and mild temperatures, mostly at night and morning hours, is the National Meteorology Office’s forecast today Wednesday.

It said the prevailing northeast wind will drag cloudiness towards the island, bringing short showers to the Northeast, Southeast and the Central Mountains in hours of the afternoon.

Marine conditions in the North and Northeast coasts continue with higher than normal waves, and advises small craft to remain in port and warns swimmers against venturing into the beaches.

Meteorology forecasts gradual improvement of the surge near shore starting Thursday morning.
