President Medina to address Ibero-American Summit today

CADIZ, Spain.– President Danilo Medina will speak today at the 22nd Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government, which is being held in Cadiz, where he will address the issue of SMEs development and their opportunities in Latin America.

On Friday Medina held two meetings with Spanish businessmen and former Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar.

"Businessmen of Andalusia have an eye on the Dominican Republic, because it is an attractive country for investment," said the president of the Association of Information Technologies and Communications of Andalusia.

Speaking during a meeting with Medina, Adolfo Villalón Barrero based his statement saying that the Dominican Republic counts on economic stability, legal certainty and an open environment for doing business.
