Santo Domingo.– The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecasts downpours, thunderstorms and scattered winds for this afternoon over the Northeast, Southeast, Central Mountains and border area.
Onamet said the weather conditions are the result of a tropical wave located over our country and the humidity dragged by the East-Northeast wind.
