Vice President reveals contracting AH1N1 flu

Santo Domingo.- Vice president Margarita Cedeño on Thursdayrevealed that she contracted AH1N1 flu last year "and as you can see noone knew, you weren’t aware of it."

She said some groups are predisposed to the disease, suchas the elderly and pregnant women, who don’t obtain the proper nutrition.

Cedeño said she regrets the at least eight deaths caused bythe flu, but affirms that the authorities have the disease under control.
