The President lauds Dominican-born judges in NY

New York.- The Dominican General Consulate in New York recognized 12 Dominican judges on their professional merit, success and contribution to the U.S Judicial Branch.

President Danilo Medina instructed the recognitions part of Dominican Heritage Month, to highlight the values and contributions by the nationals who live abroad.

Among the Dominicans to receive regonitinos for their success in their law career figure New York Supreme Court justices Rolando T. Acosta, Diccia Pineda-Kirwan and Manuel J. Méndez; judges Rita Mella and Faviola Soto.

Also judges Leticia Ramírez, Llinet Beltré, Denisse Domínguez, María Arias and Julia Rodríguez.
