Danilo Medina wants officials who work for the people

Santo Domingo.– Presidency Administrative minister Jose Ramon Peralta said yesterday that the government requires that its employees are engaged to work "24 hours" for the people, rather than promoting or supporting candidates.

Interviewed on alleged cancellations of followers of presidential candidate Francisco Javier García for alleged recommendations from fans of PLD candidate Reinaldo Pared Perez, Peralta said that what is necessary now is to make a good government.

"All government officials must focus on working in the government. At this time they cannot be supporting candidates, the goal is to focus on making a good government," he emphasized.
