Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Republic on Friday rebuffed the U.S. State Dept. report which accuses the country of discriminating against Haitians.
In a statement, the Foreign Affairs Ministry called the report a "collection of old newspaper clippings worth less than the paper it’s printed on.”
Foreign Affairs also called the report a "didactic example of copy-paste."
"In regard to the Dominican Republic, the report is a collection of old newspaper clippings and simple considerations. Except for the didactic example of copy-paste, the report’s highest value lies in the paper which is printed on," the government agency said.
