Quirino and Figueroa Agosto assets to be auctioned

Santo Domingo.- Some of the assets seized from drug traffickers Quirino Ernesto Paulino Castillo, Jose David Figueroa Agosto and Emilio Mesa Beltre (El Gringo) will be sold at public auction, the National Anti Money Laundering Committee (Concla) announced.

Among the assets that would be on sale are nine apartments, seven lots, three houses, eleven motor vehicles, a watch, and a catamaran. The assessed value of the items is over RD$210 million and the procedures of the auction began yesterday and will end on 15 May at the Attorney General’s offices.

Other properties to be auctioned belonged to Fausto Ernesto Severino Marte (El Busi), Eligio Mercedes (Pepito), Alan Luis Quezada Santiago, Damian Enrique Brito; Yunior Silvestre Belliard, Juan Hubiera Mercedes (La Abeja) and Henry Manuel Ruiz.
