Scattered showers except the East

Santo Domingo.- The National Weather Office (Onamet) forecasts scattered showers with thunderstorms for all regions except the East, from a trough over the north coast,.

It said the rains will be more frequent during the evening and early morning hours, with seasonable temperatures continuing above 32 °C for much of the country, but dropping to 22 °C starting Wednesday night.

Onamet adds that the trough will continue moving slowly across Dominican territory tomorrow and Thursday, with increased moderate to strong downpours accompanied by thunderstorms throughout much of the country.
