Lawyers assigned for Dominican boys ‘abused’ by Polish priest

Santo Domingo.- The Mokotów Regional Court in Warsaw, Poland appointed two lawyers to represent two boys allegedly sexually abused by Catholic priest Wojciech Nogache (Alberto Gil).

Attorneys Radoslaw Domalewski and Marta Matgorzata Chmielewska will represent the Dominican victims, designated at the request of the Warsaw Provincial Office of the Prosecutor.

Dominican prosecutors, headed by Luisa Liranzo of Santiago, accuse Gil of violating the children’s rights stemming from the alleged aggravated sexual abuse of several boys from the highland village of Juncalito, Jánico township, Santiago province (north).

Dominican Today has learned that Gil, former Vatican Envoy Jozef Wesolowski, and other Polish Catholic priests serving as heads of Parishes in the Caribbean country all belong to the same order.
