Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina early Wednesday boarded a helicopter to tour and inspect the numerous public works across the country.
Presidency spokesman Roberto Rodríguez made the announcement, and said Medina is accompanied only by Public Works minister Gonzalo Castillo, an aide, and his security detail.
He said Medina decided to undertake the surprise tour by air at 9am Wednesday.
