Mitur will showcase tourism offers at the trade show in Miami

Santo Domingo.- On April 3rd, at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami, the Ministry of Tourism (Mitur) is set to host its second trade show in Miami, aiming to spotlight the Dominican Republic’s undeniable allure and offerings, solidifying its status as a premier tourist destination.

Minister of Tourism, David Collado, emphasized, “The Dominican Republic will shine in Miami! We present our Trade Show 2024, an event bringing together over 500 travel agents, tour operators, airlines, investors, and media representatives from the United States, engaging with 70 exhibitors from our country.”

The event aims to provide attendees with vital insights into the country’s burgeoning tourism sector, showcasing its diverse attractions, exclusive packages, and fostering networking opportunities for industry leaders to forge future partnerships.

Collado remarked, “The Dominican Republic Fair serves as a platform to unite tourism influencers and global travelers captivated by the Dominican Republic’s allure. Our country offers a paradise rich in experiences, catering to both leisure and business travelers, ensuring a truly unparalleled Caribbean experience.”

“We eagerly anticipate fostering connections and exchanging insights about the Dominican Republic, one of the Caribbean’s most coveted destinations and a nation I am proud to call home,” he concluded.
