US$180 Million investment announced for apartment development in Punta Cana

Punta Cana.- The tourist apartment complex Aura Boulevard in Punta Cana is set to undergo a significant investment of US$180 million, as announced by Marcos García and Fernando de Sola, owners of Nivel Developer, along with Jael Ventura, general manager of RD Real Estate Offer, during the project presentation. With a total of 1,240 units, this development aims to redefine luxury and comfort standards in the area.

“This new investment of over US$180 million stands as a tangible demonstration of the confidence foreign investors have in the Dominican Republic,” stated one of the businessmen, underscoring the country’s legal stability and favorable investment climate.

Scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2027, the Aura Boulevard project is currently underway, with over a hundred units already sold. Offering a condohotel service, the complex will boast a water park, lazy river, mini-golf course, shopping plaza, outdoor gym, children’s area, heated jacuzzi, pet zone, sports area, and other amenities.

Situated on Germany Avenue, at the corner of Marcio Maggiolo Street, Aura Boulevard enjoys proximity to the Punta Cana International Airport, ensuring convenient accessibility for residents and visitors alike.
