Santo Domingo.- Celinee Santos, representing the National District, clinches the title of Miss Dominican Republic Universe 2024.
Santos is set to represent the Dominican Republic on the international stage, competing in prestigious pageants such as Miss Universe, Reina Hispanoamericana, and Miss International, with destinations including Mexico, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Japan.
The first runner-up position went to Miss Montecristi, followed by representatives from Santo Domingo Este in third place, Jarabacoa in fourth, and Santiago in fifth.
Mariana Downing, who previously represented the Dominican Republic in the 72nd edition of the beauty contest, bestowed the crown upon her compatriot during the event held this Sunday.
