US$25 million Palm Beach Residences project in Cap Cana

Cap Cana.- RDLS Developers Group, a company specializing in the construction of tourist, residential, and commercial projects, has announced a US$25 million investment for the development of Palm Beach Residences in Cap Cana.

The project will feature a 50-apartment tower designed to combine architectural excellence with efficient use of space, materials, and functionality. Construction is set to begin in January 2025, with unit deliveries starting in the second quarter of 2027. The project is backed by a fiduciary guarantee and will be protected under the Tourism Development Council (Confotur) law.

“This exclusive tower is more than a building; it is a testament to our shared vision for a more prosperous economic future for the Punta Cana area and society at large,” said Rafael de los Santos, general manager of RDLS Developers Group.

The development will offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with lock-off or connecting options.

Palm Beach Residences at Cap Cana will feature over 17 amenities, including an infinity pool, family pool, children’s pool, private jacuzzi areas, a pool bar, a designated smoking area, a fully furnished lounge, a golf simulator, and a cinema.

The exclusive marketing of the apartments will be managed by Offer Inmobiliaria RD, led by Gisselle Ventura, Jael Ventura, and Josymil Sehouerer.
