ETED maintenance scheduled for National District lines this weekend

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Electric Transmission Company (ETED) announced maintenance work this weekend affecting several areas in the National District. On Saturday, June 1, ETED will replace deteriorating structures on the 69 kV Timbeque II-La 40 line from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. On Sunday, June 2, maintenance will be performed on the 138 kV Paraíso-Julio Sauri line from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

During these times, electrical service will be disrupted for the INCA-La Isabela and Multiform companies and temporarily for Textiles Titán. On Sunday, the 138 kV Julio Sauri-Paraíso line will be rerouted, necessitating the opening of the LPRA 102 distribution circuit, which will affect electrical service in Villa María and partially in Los Jardines del Norte and Los Ríos.

ETED stated that these efforts are essential to maintaining optimal electrical infrastructure, ensuring a quality, efficient, and stable service for all citizens. The company apologized for any inconvenience and asked for the understanding of users in the affected areas.
