President Danilo Medina opens 13 new schools in Moca

Moca, DR.– President Danilo Medina attended Friday the opening of 13 new schools in Moca totaling 192 classrooms in the educational system for the extended school Day and will benefit 6,720 students in Espaillat province.

The government invested in these schools 389 million 350 thousand 950 pesos with 7 cents through the Education ministry. Now the new total is 230 schools and 3,053 classrooms put into service by the head of state since 17 February.

The new schools inaugurated yesterday will directly impact 6,720 students from Paso de Moca, San Victor, Cayetano Germosen, Canca La Reina and Los Corozos, all in Moca, Espaillat province.
