President Abinader appoints new head of Passport Directorate

Santo Domingo.- President Luis Abinader of the Dominican Republic has issued Decree 314-24, appointing Lorenzo David Ramírez Uribe as the new head of the General Directorate of Passports, replacing Digna Reynoso.

Ramírez Uribe has previously worked as a consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), assisting them in implementing Quality Management Systems and preparing for ISO certification. In this role, he evaluated processes, implemented improvements, and aided manufacturing companies across the supply chain.
