Samaná Highway accident victim identified

Samaná.- Sergiy Osypovych, also known as Ryk Guk, tragically lost his life on Tuesday in an accident at kilometer 88 of the Juan Pablo Segundo Highway in Samaná. The 37-year-old Ukrainian national was driving a gray Suzuki car when it collided with a public transport bus, according to initial reports.

The accident occurred as Sergiy was traveling towards Nagua-Santo Domingo. He succumbed to severe injuries sustained in the collision, and authorities took approximately four to five hours to extract his body from the vehicle.
