In Santo Domingo, debris at kilometer 42 of the Las Américas highway disrupted traffic on Tuesday, while strong winds in San Antonio de Guerra affected power lines. A landslide on Héctor J. Díaz Street in the La Zurza sector caused a house to collapse, displacing an 87-year-old man. In Ciudad Nueva, strong waves led to flooding near the Montesinos Monument, though no damage was reported.

In Barahona, at least 66 people, including children, were evacuated to shelters, and the seawall was blocked by debris. Four houses were destroyed and three partially damaged by the waves in the municipality of La Ciénaga.

In Pedernales, strong winds led to the relocation of about nine people to shelters at the Luis Emilio Pérez Méndez Educational Center. In the municipality of Oviedo, 14 people, including eight children, were moved to shelters at the Ezequiel Hernández Educational Center in the Las Mercedes neighborhood as a precautionary measure.

In Monte Plata, a strong wind left a residence without a roof in the El Triple Ozama sector. The owner of the house is a member of the Civil Defense.
