Emergency response to fire at construction company warehouse

Santo Domingo.- The 911 System coordinated a response to a fire at a construction company warehouse in the Altos de Arroyo Hondo sector of the National District (DN) this Thursday morning.

Emergency units from multiple response institutions were dispatched promptly. As of now, there have been no reported injuries, and the situation is ongoing.

Fifteen fire trucks from the DN Fire Department, two ambulances from the Directorate of Extra-hospital Emergency Services (DAEH), and two units from the National Police are actively engaged in addressing the incident. Support from EDESUR and the 911 Drone team has also been mobilized.

The 911 System commends the dedicated efforts of firefighters and emergency response teams. Citizens are urged to yield to emergency vehicles to facilitate efficient and timely response operations.
