What police said about doctor reported missing in Santiago

Santiago–Santo DomingoAgents of the Department of Investigation and Search for Missing Persons, belonging to the Central Investigation Directorate (DICRIM), have intensified their efforts to locate pediatrician Enrique Espinal Castillo, whose relatives reported that he has been missing for several days.

Investigators carry out camera searches and other actions.

According to family members, the 48-year-old doctor was last seen in the sector of La Herradura in the province of Santiago de los Caballeros. In response to the situation, the police have initiated an exhaustive review of the video surveillance cameras located in the areas near the last known location of his whereabouts. This includes a detailed analysis of the recordings from one of the toll booths on the Circunvalación Norte in that city.
