Santo Domingo.- In his second-term inauguration speech on August 16, President Luis Abinader of the Dominican Republic highlighted the country’s tourism achievements and future prospects. He announced that the Dominican Republic is set to surpass 11.5 million visitors by the end of 2024, following a record-breaking 10 million visitors in 2023.
