Skyhigh Dominicana launches new Santo Domingo-Aguadilla flights

Santo Domingo.- Skyhigh Dominicana will begin offering two weekly flights between Santo Domingo and Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, on Mondays and Thursdays. The flights will use comfortable aircraft with a capacity of 97 passengers. The journey will take 40 minutes, departing from Santo Domingo’s Las Américas International Airport at 3:00 p.m. and arriving at Rafael Hernández International Airport in Aguadilla at 3:40 p.m. The return flight will leave Aguadilla at 5:00 p.m., arriving back in Santo Domingo at 5:40 p.m., according to airline Vice President Cesarina Beauchamp.

Aguadilla, located in Puerto Rico’s western region, is known for its beautiful beaches and rich natural diversity. Local authorities view this new route as a significant achievement. Puerto Rico ranks among the top 10 markets for passenger arrivals to the Dominican Republic, according to the Ministry of Tourism.

A new daily route between Santo Domingo and San Juan, Puerto Rico, is set to launch on October 15.
