Banana Republic opens first Caribbean store in Dominican Republic

Santo Domingo.- Banana Republic, the American fashion brand, has officially entered the Caribbean market by opening its first store in the Dominican Republic, located in BlueMall. Shoppers can now explore a wide range of high-quality men’s and women’s apparel and accessories, including sustainably sourced cashmere, European linen, and exclusive vintage pieces. The store will open this Friday, September 6, at 10:00 a.m.

Founded in 1978, Banana Republic is known for offering modern luxury through timeless, versatile clothing made from premium materials. Antonio Burgos, General Manager of AR Holdings, expressed excitement about expanding to the Dominican Republic, praising the warmth and vibrancy of its people. The new store will feature the Summer24 collection, inspired by a luxurious getaway, with a focus on natural fabrics, vibrant colors, and resort-style designs.
