Santo Domingo.– Tourism Minister David Collado announced a new American Airlines route from Miami to La Romana, following a meeting in Miami with executives from Casa de Campo Airport and Miami-Dade County Commissioner Kevin M. Cabrera.
Collado shared the news through his social media account, highlighting that the new daily route will boost visitor numbers to La Romana, enhancing tourism and development opportunities in the region.
In a video post, Collado was welcomed by Commissioner Cabrera, who expressed his gratitude for the visit. Collado emphasized the importance of this new connection in driving growth for the destination, stating, “We are still going strong!”
