An attractive proposal for maritime travel in the Caribbean

Santiago—The maritime travel offer in the Caribbean is renewed and diversified to offer travelers in the region an ‘all-inclusive’ experience. Ferries del Caribe has reported that it has updated its travel offer for passengers who use this popular means of transport to and from the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, now including a new package where ferry users can enjoy all the amenities that the company has to offer under the same rate.

Johnny Santiago, sales manager for Caribbean Ferries in Puerto Rico, reported this. Santiago spoke with this media about the news that the transport company brings for this last quarter of the year, through which it seeks to offer its customers and users all the comforts when traveling aboard its boats at the most comfortable prices on the market.

“We are implementing a project for November, where all those traveling with us within that month, we have a package called all-inclusive on board,” says Santiago. “Our ticket was only round trip, the person took the cabin and the services they acquired on board had an additional cost according to what the person consumed… Now, with the all-inclusive package, we have a package that the price of the ticket is all-inclusive, from snacks, breakfast, buffet dinner and all drinks, with and without alcohol,” he adds.

In this way, the company seeks to positively impact the economy of hundreds of travelers who, during the upcoming festivities, travel between the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico while guaranteeing access to the amenities for which Caribbean Ferries travel has been positioned over the years.

“These benefits apply to all those who travel with us during the month of November. We have all the amenities, the musical magazine, the orchestra, the piano bar, the activities for children; we have all these amenities so that the public feels pleased, without this having any additional cost for the passenger,” he continues explaining.

The company’s pilot plan is born from its constant search to renew itself and offer new comforts to passengers, who, in an industry as busy as travel, require more and more facilities when selecting their means of transportation, whether traveling out of necessity, business, or vacation. “Caribbean ferries are the main means of transportation chosen by Puerto Ricans and Dominicans… And we are always at the forefront, looking for alternatives to do different things, we are motivated by innovation and serving our customers with different woods, elevating their experience inside the ship,” he said.

According to Santiago’s statements, in addition to the benefits that travelers will be able to enjoy during November, among the company’s novelties for the end-of-year trips has been included a new package. From December 5 to 9, ferry users will be able to travel between the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico with an exclusive package to go shopping on the Island of Enchantment. Benefits included in the package include transportation from the port to the hotel and shopping centers, among others.

This is how the official explains it: “Those customers from the Dominican Republic who love to go shopping in San Juan will be able to enjoy a package that includes the crossing on the boat, the cabin; it includes the padlocks, they pick you up at the port and take you to the hotel, and they take you to visit several shopping centers in Puerto Rico so that they can do that Christmas shopping that the Dominican public likes so much. All this in a package that starts from 519 dollars, which includes the two nights on the boat and the hotel stay,” he concluded.
