Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection wins gold at National Quality Awards

Santo Domingo.- The Inclusive Collection hotel chain was awarded the Gold Medal in the “Large Service Company” category at the sixth National Award for Quality in the Private Sector of the Dominican Republic. The event, organized by the National Association of Companies and Industries Herrera (ANEIH), honors excellence in business management. The award was presented to Inclusive Collection executives at the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), where Denis Rosario, Director of Administration for the Dominican Republic and Colombia, emphasized that the recognition reflects their commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in their operations.

This award underscores Inclusive Collection’s leadership in the hotel sector and its significant contribution to the Dominican Republic’s tourism industry, an essential driver of the country’s economic growth. Rubén Caraballo, Manager of Standards and Innovation for the Dominican Republic and Colombia, noted that the award, based on the Malcolm Baldrige Model of Excellence in Management, highlights the company’s dedication to quality and adherence to best practices that benefit the hotel industry nationwide.
