Popeyes expands to La Vega

La Vega — For the first time, the flavors of the famous quick-service chain Popeyes arrive in the northern part of the country, with a wide range of experiences and traditions.

The new restaurant, which has a seat in La Vega, promises to provide residents of the area with a unique gastronomic experience. The menu is full of tradition and emotions. The dishes, prepared using traditional Louisiana techniques, include chicken marinated for 12 hours in Cajun seasonings, breaded by hand, and slow-cooked for its signature juicy, crispy flavor.

According to its representatives in press material, Popeyes’ famous chicken is freshly prepared, marinated for at least 12 hours in flavorful, traditional Louisiana Cajun seasonings, battered and breaded by hand, and slowly cooked to perfection using proprietary seasonings and techniques to obtain a juicy and crispy chicken.

Domingo Bermudez, brand manager, said: “We are very satisfied with the great reception of customers and all the efforts made by our team. This drives us to continue expanding the franchise throughout the country.”

Alexandra Bodden, marketing director of the Agape Group, explained that the menu offers the most famous chicken sandwich in the world, hot wings, chicken pieces in their spicy and classic version, tenders, and delicious complements such as their famous Cajun potatoes, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw salad, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits.
