Milagros Germán resigns as Minister of Culture

Santo Domingo.- According to different news sources, the prominent communicator and current Minister of Culture, Milagros Germán, submitted her resignation this Tuesday from the institution, which would be effective on January 15. Germán, who took office in 2021, may be stepping down to return to television and for personal reasons.

So far, no further details have been given as to who will take over the position. In the meantime, the country’s artistic and cultural community hopes that the Ministry will continue its efforts to preserve and enrich the Dominican identity.
