Dominican Consulate in New York expands weekend hours

New York.- The Dominican Republic’s Consulate General in New York has announced extended weekend hours to better serve its community. Beginning Sunday, January 19, the Consulate will open every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, complementing its recently introduced Saturday hours. This initiative aims to accommodate Dominican residents in New York and surrounding areas who are unable to visit during weekdays due to work or other commitments.

Located at 1501 Broadway, the Consulate’s expanded schedule reflects its dedication to providing accessible and efficient services. These changes are expected to reduce waiting times and enhance the overall quality of assistance offered to the Dominican community.
