Greenville.- Andrés Marranzini, executive director of the Punta Bergantín Trust, recently visited Beau Welling Design’s offices in Greenville, South Carolina, for a work session with the Davis Love III team to continue planning the construction of a new golf course. The collaboration marks a significant step forward in the development of the project, which is set to be a key milestone for the destination.
Scheduled to begin in 2025, the golf course and related infrastructure will be part of a larger development, with real estate products first launched in February. Marranzini shared that the project is progressing well, with plans for the construction of sales offices, a welcome center, the Founders Beach Club, the golf course, and a clubhouse set to start between May and August. These projects will offer a visible, tangible impact as construction moves forward.
