Arajet reaches 2 million passengers

Santo Domingo.- Dominican airline Arajet has reached a major milestone, surpassing 2 million passengers since its launch, underscoring its rapid growth and commitment to offering affordable air travel. Achieved in less than three years, this milestone solidifies Arajet’s mission to make aviation more accessible while positioning the Dominican Republic as a regional air hub.

Arajet credits its success to operational efficiency, a modern fleet, and a focus on customer experience. The airline has expanded its network across Latin America and the Caribbean, with new routes to major U.S. cities and Puerto Rico, including Miami, New York, and San Juan. CEO Víctor Pacheco expressed pride in reaching this goal, emphasizing that it reflects passengers’ trust and motivates further expansion.

To commemorate the achievement, Arajet hosted a celebration at Las Américas International Airport, recognizing passenger Yomara Sánchez as the 2 millionth traveler with special rewards. Looking ahead, the airline remains committed to growing its network and enhancing services, reinforcing its role as one of the fastest-growing carriers in the region.
