RD Vial announces free toll hours to ease Easter traffic

Santo Domingo.- In support of road safety and to ease travel during the Easter holiday, RD Vial has announced free toll passage during designated hours on major highways. This initiative aims to facilitate smoother transit and reduce congestion for travelers.

The toll booths will be open for free passage during the following periods:

  • Thursday, April 17 at 6:00 a.m. to Friday, April 18 at 6:00 a.m.

  • Sunday, April 20 at 6:00 a.m. to Monday, April 21 at 6:00 a.m.

This measure is part of a broader strategy to ensure an orderly and safe Holy Week across the country. RD Vial also urges all drivers to remain cautious, follow traffic laws, and cooperate with authorities to help maintain safety on the roads during this busy travel season.
