Mostly sunny weekend, mild temperatures

Santo Domingo.- The National Weather Office (Onamet) forecasts continuing showers for the entire weekend, from a frontal trough over the country.

It said the northern and eastern provinces can expect scattered showers with gusts of wind Friday, with mostly sunny skies for the rest of the national territory

Onamet maintains flash flood advisories from swelled rivers and streams, especially Sosua and Cabarete in Puerto Plata province.

It said temperatures will be seasonably mild from the prevailing North-Northeast wind, with a high of 30ºC and a low of 20ºC.
