Constanza’s ecotourism attractions showcased in famtrip

Constanza, Dominican Republic.- The Tourism Ministry’s National Tourism Promotion Dept. recently hosted a famtrip to the highland destination of Constanza, coordinated with the city’s Ecotourism Cluster.

The event forms part of the process to train the new team and the managers of the Ministry’s new section, on customer service and to manage information on Dominican Republic’s multiple destinations.

The training for staff is part of an integral process backed by experiences obtained directly on site and administrators which can then be transmitted to trainees who can focus their work.

The trainees visited the various ecotourism attractions including La Ermita, El Arroyazo, Villa Las Neblinas, Vivero del Valle, the restaurant at the entrance to Aguas Blancas, Antojitos de Lauren, Repostería A Punto de Nieve, Dulcería Benza and Gastrobar La Esquina.
