JetBlue Launches New Daily Route Between Newark and Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo.- JetBlue has announced a new international route connecting Newark Liberty International Airport in New York with Las Américas International Airport in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Service begins June 12, with daily flights and additional departures on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays. Flights will be operated with Airbus A320 aircraft, seating 162 passengers in a single-class layout.The outbound flight departs Newark at 10:59 p.m., arriving in Santo Domingo at 3:09 a.m. The return flight leaves at 12:59 a.m., landing in Newark at 5:00 a.m.

This new route addresses increasing demand from the Dominican community in the U.S. and enhances travel and trade between the two regions. JetBlue joins Arajet and United Airlines on this key route.
