Santiago welcomes global delegations ahead of AICO and CIAC 2025 Congresses

Santiago de los Caballeros.- Santiago began welcoming international delegations on Thursday ahead of two major events: the Ibero-American Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Services (AICO) Congress and the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC) Congress, set for May 17–21, 2025.

Representatives from over 20 Latin American countries will attend, including business leaders, arbitration specialists, and members of international organizations. The event aims to promote dialogue, share best practices, and strengthen strategic alliances across the region.

Organized by the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and Production, the congresses position Santiago as a rising hub for international business and commercial dispute resolution. The event is expected to boost Santiago’s economy and reinforce its standing as a host city for high-level global events.
