Banreservas Real Estate Fair expands to Lawrence

New York.- The Banreservas 2025 Real Estate Fair, which began in New York on Wednesday, is drawing strong interest from Dominicans living in the U.S. This weekend, the fair expands to Lawrence, Massachusetts, offering the same attractive financing terms for purchasing property in the Dominican Republic.

The New York edition, held through Friday on the 12th floor of the Radio Hotel in Washington Heights, features a wide range of real estate developments from across the Dominican Republic. Starting Saturday, the fair moves to the Parthum School Complex in Lawrence, running through Sunday evening. Appointments can be scheduled via the Banreservas website or by phone.

The event has surpassed the success of its 2024 edition, with over 4,484 attendees showing intent to invest in the Dominican Republic. Banreservas offers financing of up to 90% of property value, with a 10% fixed interest rate for seven years and repayment terms of up to 20 years. More than 80% of the showcased projects are supported by real estate trusts, ensuring investment security.

CEO Samuel Pereyra emphasized the fair’s growing role as a reliable platform for the Dominican diaspora to invest in their homeland, especially in areas like Lawrence, where the Dominican community plays a prominent role in civic and economic life.
