Punta Cana Airport begins one-year renovation of Terminal B

Punta Cana.- Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) has started renovation and expansion work on its Terminal B parking lot, which is expected to last about one year. To ensure safety and efficiency during this period, new road signs will be installed throughout the airport to guide users.

The project involves temporary adjustments to access roads and parking areas used by tour operators, taxis, and other transportation services. New temporary waiting areas for buses and tour operators will be established behind the Four Points by Sheraton Puntacana Village hotel and in front of ILUMEL.

The current entrance and exit of Parking Lot B will continue to serve as official passenger pickup zones. Additionally, a short-term parking area for authorized light vehicles will open near the Specialized Civil Aviation Security Corps (CESAC) building.
