SMEs get a boost with 6 support centers nationwide

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Tuesday announced the opening of six Integral Support Services Centers for small and medium enterprises in four provinces, aimed at providing consultation, and the tools to enhance productive capacity, competitiveness and efficiency

Industry and Commerce minister José Del Castillo said the centers located in Santo Domingo, Barahona, Santiago and Hato Mayor provinces are part of the progress which adds to the Ministry’s policies to benefit SMEs.

For his part, deputy minister for SME Development Ignacio Mendez detalied the purpose and scope of the centers, to be inaugurated in February in the campuses of several public and private universities.
