Puerto Rico Expo to draw Dominican investors, businesses

Santo Domingo.- PuertoRico´s Commerce and Export Company (CCE) is organizing the multi-sector PuertoRico Expo trade fair from November 18 to 19 at the Puerto Rican capital´sConvention Center, aimed at showcasing the island´s business and export potential.

The event aims topromote the export of products and services on the island both locally andinternationally, and an opportunity for Dominican companies wishing to learn ofPuerto Rico´s trade and investment possibilities.

There’ll also be forumsto debate today´s challenges facing export and international trade.

The fair will combineareas for export companies to display, with lectures and panel discussions.

The opening session to beheld Oct. 18 at 9am will feature Puerto Rico governor Alejandro García Padilla,starting with a series of informative sessions to discuss, among other topics,business opportunities in Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Colombia and Spain.
