Dominican, Panama leaders talk business in Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo.- PresidentsDanilo Medina and Juan Carlos Varela of Panama on Wednesday morning held aprivate meeting in the National Palace, who minutes, as did their respective firstladies, Candida Montilla and Lorena Castillo.

After the meetings theleaders and their wives, with the official delegations from both countries, arescheduled to gather in one of the Palace´s main salons for the presentation ofprojects and programs carried out by the Dominican Government.

Varela arrived at theNational Palace to an official reception at 10:30am, and then proceeded to the meetingwith Medina.

On Tuesday thePresidency said the two leaders will discuss joint programs of cooperation invarious areas, especially on economic topics.
