Transit authorities confiscate heavy vehicles during holidays

Santo Domingo.- The Metropolitan Transit Authority (Amet) announced that during the holiday break from 12 noon on 24 December to 10pm on Sunday, the 27th, agents confiscated 237 heavy vehicles that violated the law that bans them from circulation.

According to news outlet 7dias.com.do, the vehicles are being returned to their owners since Monday morning, following the completion of the proper paperwork.
