Dominican Republic prosecutor expects justice in Senator’s case

Santo Domingo.– Dominican Republic’s top prosecutor said he expects no impunity in the case against Felix Bautista and those charged with embezzling over US$100.0 million from the State Works Supervisory Engineers Office (OISOE).

Francisco Dominguez Brito told Diariolibre.com that in the field of transparency President Danilo Medina has a lot to show, as the creation of observers and transparency in the public contracting system.

Judge Alejandro Moscoso is expected to rule in Senator Bautistas’s case on March 27.
