Santo Domingo.- To mark International Women’s Day next Sunday, president Danilo Medina on Friday congratulated all Dominican women, expressing his admiration, respect and commitment.
He said his Administration is keen to contribute to women’s personal welfare and of their families, strengthening their desire to improve their living conditions.
"The implementation of initiatives for equality and development of women will help face the challenge of social and gender inequalities that prevail in the country," Medina said.
